The following is an independent commentary on the state of development of the anti-cancer technology within Novogen Ltd and its subsidiary, Marshall Edwards Inc, based on information released by the two companies in recent years. This site has no connection to the Novogen group of companies officially or unofficially. It is an entirely independent review of the technology. It is nothing more than an opinion being offered by another shareholder.
As the founder of Novogen and an executive director for 12 years, I obviously have an intimate knowledge of the Company’s technology and its clinical trial program. However, for the purpose of this commentary, I am limiting my remarks entirely to information that is within the public domain.
It is not my intention to embarrass the Company in any way, or to place it in a difficult position with any regulator, particularly the FDA. I just happen to believe that an open forum where issues can be raised and discussed in an objective and informed way is a useful service to investors.
